We recently had a database crash and lost registration information, RMA and Incident ticket information between 3/18 12:30PM and 3/24 7:45AM (PST). If you registered any products during that time, have updated your support site, or requested or updated your trouble tickets, we apologize, but you will need to re-enter that information. We are recovering RMA data, but RMA numbers will need to be re-assigned. You will receive that information by email.
Log in and from this page you can:
- Create an account with Socket Mobile
- Register your product(s)
- View our online Knowledge Base/FAQ’s*
- Update your profile
- Sign up for notifications
- Contact technical support
- View your existing technical support tickets
To begin, you will need to create an account with Socket or login to your existing account.

Registering your Product:
Registering your product requires you to setup an account with Socket.
- If you have an account, select “Login”, then select the “Register Product” tab.
- If you do not yet have account, select “Create an Account” to create a customer support account. Once you have completed that process you will be logged in. Select the “Register Product” tab & register your Socket product.
*Registration is not needed to access Knowledge base or FAQ’s.
